EXPERIENCE
Vendor management,

initiatives and develop/document new processes for company-wide timekeeping
DOL compliance measures. Project manage HR system upgrades (SAP), and
research/ establish new best practices for competitive hiring measures.
Provide business process
development to a wireless customer base of 3000, to include defining
and streamlining processes, creating project identification and tracking
tools, building project and process documentation, contract and project
management.
Perform business level
assessments, workshops and training programs for internal business units
to bring them to their next business performance maturity level. Perform
IP management for contracts, agreements. Analyze business metrics, measure
status & improvement, provide mentoring and consulting. Develop
and enhance delivery of the PCMM business model and other communicational
tools. Previous: Operate as liaison between Access & DCAC/MRM groups,
responsible for change management, pm work, scheduling, QA for software
releases, customer relations and designing new processes.
